Pricing That Aligns With Your Business Goals
At Xemplar Engage, we offer flexible pricing models designed to meet the specific needs of your business. At a high level, there are two main categories of pricing: Implementation Fee and Production Fee. We understand that every business is unique, and so are its needs. That’s why we offer flexible pricing based on your specific business case.
Whether you’re selecting a single front-end for your initial go-live or combining multiple front-ends, we’ll work with you to design a pricing plan that aligns with your objectives. By bundling products into a single contract, you can take advantage of bundling discounts that make the solution more cost-effective.
Implementation Fee
Implementation Fee cover the costs associated with the setup and preparation of your Solution using the Xemplar Engage software platform. These include:
Platform License
This fee grants you the right to use the Xemplar Engage software to build and develop your unique Solution. It’s the foundation for everything you’ll need to get started.
Solution Development Fee
These fee are tied to the work that happens leading up to your go-live date, including:
Branding
Configuration
Infrastructure
Integrations
Dev Infrastructure
Implementation Fee are estimated during the contracting phase based on the scope of work for your initial go-live. We will ensure the solution is tailored to meet your business needs.
Monthly Production Fee
Once your branded Solution is live in production, Production Fee will come into play. These are ongoing monthly fee, broken into two parts:
Platform Fee
This fee covers all the base infrastructure, including production monitoring, security, and support. It ensures your system runs smoothly day-to-day.
Usage Fee
This fee is based on the number of active end users, their usage, and any necessary infrastructure growth. It accounts for the scaling of your platform as more users engage with it. Registered users that do not use the platform in a given month are excluded from billing.
Production fee starts only after your solution is live and available for end users and includes continuous monitoring and production support to keep it running at best performance.
FUTURE ENHANCEMENTS
As Your Business Evolves, So Can Your Solution.
Any future enhancements, releases, or changes to the system will be priced based on the scope of work. We’ll provide estimates, and the costs will be determined using agreed-upon offshore rates for additional development or customization.
